This so called "Dr Auto" guy comes out to my house and we agree that my CV axles, front brakes, rotors, and top gasket on my engine need replaced. Charged me $820 and didn't even test drive my vehicle. After I paid, IN CASH, I get in my car the next day to drive it and the brakes go all the way to the floor. I pump them, go to put the car in drive and it doesn't move. I put it in park and the gears grind. I feel ripped off. I understand he did the labor but he did not finish the job by checking to make sure the car ran. Imagine if I did that to my Air Conditioning Homeowners. I will never use a mobile mechanic again.

NOTE: I did try to reach out to Sia and asked him to set a date to come back and look at my car. I told him I needed service soon so I can get around and if he couldn't get to me within the next few days I would have to take it to my mechanic. He was more than happy to tell me to take it to my own mechanic. Worst customer service ever, and I work in the service industry.

I used this mobile mechanic professional and they are awesome. Professional. Affordable and I didn't need to wait in the waiting room and loose time. You won't be sorry by using them.
