Horrible!!! Not an exageration. Hurricane Ike litterally destroyed this place that had already fallen off it's last leg and they still have tenants living in the filth and stintch. They have not began to repair anything which even before the hurricane was unlivable. When it rains the apartments fills with water even before the storm. I would not house a homeless person in this place. They knowingly try to keep it open for funding when it is not a safe living condition for the human race. The management talks to you like a prison guard even when you are respectful to them.They have the audacity to not pay the trash bill and garbage is everywhere and the smell clouds the area along with flies. Possums and loose dogs everywhere. Someone please notify the city because this has to be illegal!!!
