Not recommended for prospective residents who would want to entertain and be visited by family, visitors and friends. This property is like a huge trap for visitors/ guests. They'll tow your vehicle in 30 mins. or so and you wouldn't even know why because the signs are confusing, not enough visible signs to designate the reserved parking spaces or the towing zones, no painted curb to indicate the reserved spots. No fair warning given -- your visitors/ guests should assume they know the company policy or the resident themselves should tell their visitors where to park so they can move their vehicle IF they haven't been towed yet! I've been informed by one resident when he complained to the management that he had seen several cars with no permit parked in said areas but not towed and mgt. stated they do it randomly!? Is this some sort of profiling or depends on their mood? Either they enforce their rules to everyone or not enforce them at all.
