I am a nurse and can honestly say this is the WORST dental practice I have *ever* had the misfortune of being to! I previously had to take chemotherapy due to cancer and unfortunately it has taken its toll on my teeth.



Saw Dr. Behren Ali-Rezaeil on 5/13 and he recommended $16K worth of work. He told me there are multiple teeth that can not even be saved.



The reason I sought treatment was because two teeth had broken in half and of course I am in pain. The Dentist prescribed NOTHING (not even an antibiotics).



I woke up on 5/21 in excruciating pain, with a swollen face which was hot to the touch. I called & got the answering service. I requested that a dentist call me back (it happened to be Dr. Behren Ali-Rezaeil). I did not receive a response, so I called again.No one ever responded.



I called the office on 5/23. Today is 5/27 - they never called me back. I called them and was rudely told if I'd truly had an "emergency" I would have "come in to the ofc"-I was never offered appt!

I'm repeating my review from Yelp. Be warned! I have never had such a horrible dental experience. For one crown, I had to come back for NINE appointments. They are inept and incompetent. I was told I needed a cavity filled, only for another dentist to say it wasn't needed. Many times, while waiting for one of my NINE appointments last year, the medical records of other patients were left on the screen in front of me. I do not recommend. I cannot convey it any stronger. I would give 0 stars if possible. Reporting to the BBB for their antics.

I had a very bad experience with Royal dental on highway 6 north. I started my dental work since on the 17th of August, 2015and up till now, I am not done with my dental work. I had a very bad toothache and immediately I got there, it was another story. They did some ex-ray and I was advised to do bridges, clean and then, the cavity. I told them that, I wasn't ready for all that to be done due to financing. The finance lady told me my insurance will cover majority of the fees and I just have to take care of the rest. I asked how since, I had made mention of not having money to do that. She said, they have partner with lending club which I can get 0% interest rate with great credit. I was exited and gave her my information and she came back with good news of 0% interest. I was approved for $6000 and I only needed $3000. That same day, my daughter was with me so, I asked them to clean my daughter's teeth. They did and just like myself, the finance lady came back with news how the insurance will only pay part of it. I asked why? The finance lady told me, my daughter has cavity not knowing that, the doctor already told me she had no cavity. Thanks be to God, the doctor came in when, I was talking with the finance lady for refund. The doctor confirmed that my daughter don't have any cavity. Instead of the $3000, the finance lady had added $300 for my daughter's own bill (cavity). Out of the $6000, they charged me $3300 and my insurance was going to pay $4000. I asked for refund to the loan company and she refused and told me, they don't do refunds that, I will have to use it on my next visit. I found it funny why they will do that. Later on, my bill came and I was being charged interest rate of 16% and I disputed it with the loan company and I was qualified for 0% interest rate. Right now, my wisdom tooth and cleaning that I already paid for are not done. I was there 12/08/15 and I asked for refund and they are not willing to corporate so, I have to get some other parties involvement in this. I am just a single mom trying to raise a child here. To be Royal means a lot and in my own opinion, their name should be changed from Royal Dental to Rip Off Dental.

no star for this place. Worse dentist place ever, never come here again, first time I went because of my insurance.. Worse worse worse.

This was honestly the worst dental experience I have ever had in 58 years. I had an abscess and they did such a poor quality xray that they could not see the abscess that a real dentist saw clearly a week later. I was in the office a total of 3 hours and was only given the card of a specialist. The dentist was obviously inexperienced and gave me almost no time or compassion. The goal was to get me into the "counseling" office where I would get the bad news and sign up for future service. I got to Royal in extreme pain and left in extreme pain. No help. Thankfully my insurance switched me to a real dentist within a week.

I stopped going here because I was always having billing issues on routine visits. Today I get a notice from a collection agency. Before I stopped going I called my provider and got check numbers for all outstanding issues. Now today a collection letter. I take the time to call my provider back get all the information together and the collection agency was horrendous. I hang up with them call Royal Dentist and ask to speak with the office manager and the receptionist asks me is this about a collection agency. According to her a lot of patients were turned in to them in error. Not surprising in the least. Glad I decided not to go back here. Now if I can just get rid of having to deal with them all together that would be great.
