Well I pleased with this store location.FM 1960 and 249. Houston tx...my Salesman KIETH TILLIS WAS the BEST..LOVED HIS personality...I purchased the promotion with 7 pcs and free 50 in. samsung flat screen...furniturewas delivered on time.put together and put in house for me..The Guys were very professional. .waited my 5 days and picked tv up on 290 at best buy..no issues.took maybe 15 minutes..waiting on my chair next week to come..only issue was a lamp shade was wrong..calles customer service like 30 minutes after delivery guys had gone.that was a Friday. .and Tuesday my new shade was delivered. .all smiles here...I'm glad I didn't listen to all those negative reviews cause I would have missed out on a great deal.ohh did I mention interest free till 2017..... and SHOUT OUT TO JOHANA GUARIN manager at this location..she helped explain my whole purchase to me...love her for that. ..and my ride or die chic Misti Davis for going with me to pick up my 50 inch...But ROOMS TO GO WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME THANKS AGAIN KIETH TILLLIS AND JOHANA GUARIN....

I will NEVER buy from them again - the only reason why they should even get 1 star is because of great financing offers. I am on my 3rd attempt to get my furniture delivered (spent $1K in the clearance dept & $1K in the showroom). I'm not counting on it arriving, and I will cancel the order if it doesn't show up this week. The delivery office and store can't comprehend the difference between a delivery address & a billing address. They DO NOT CARE if THEY make a mistake on your address - you won't get your furniture. Then, they will reschedule delivery without asking what works for you and will show up anyway - even when you told the confirmation caller that the date was not possible. Our story continues...but, it isn't worth going into it. Rooms to Go has sucked up our personal time, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know what happened to us. What a shame that they run their business this way.

We were very pleased with the store itself when we went to make or purchase. The delivery times were AWFUL! They tell you that the time frame is from early am to 8pm and so you are expected tp sit home and wait for them.

When my purchase arrived it was atrocious! The bed looked like it was five years old. It had holes and banged up places all over it. The customer service center said "sorry that's how it is supposed to look"! I had several items picked out to purchase for my home but do not ever plan to shop here again!

Essentially my furniture was not delivered as scheduled. It took an act of war to get it. Then I felt a piece proved dangerous as my less than 25 lb child can tip over a chest of drawers. I was told at the time of purchase that returns can be made within 30 days with a restocking fee, bu now that I am having issues with a piece of furniture no one is accepting responsibility for what I was told at time of purchase or for the faulty piece of furniture. Now I feel as though I were lied to for the sale. Buyer beware.

Be warned potential furniture buyers. When purchasing furniture at this store, the salesmen do not inform you of the automatic warranty charges added to the invoice by the computer. They use this feature to offer you a "discount" which will lower your total invoice amount by removing the warranty costs (that were automatically added without your knowledge). This tactic appears to discount your total when in fact, the price is the same as listed on the showroom floor. You end up paying full price WITHOUT any warranty. Be sure to ask them about the warranty and the costs involved before you purchase.
