Couldn't be more pleased with the timely and professional service by Roadrunner Garage Door! Our garage door broke and I could not pull my car out of the garage yesterday afternoon. I found them in Google and spoke with Troy around 1:00p.m. He was here by 3.30p.m. And the problem was fixed by 4:30p.m in time to pick up my son from baseball game! He was very professional and courteous, and, of course, extremely timely!! 5 stars hands down! I will say one of the best and professional garage door repair company in Dallas.

Troy and his crew are knowledgeable, worked fast and gave suggestions on how to maintain the door properly. Seemed to have all of the supplies and were in/out very quickly. I had hired them to install my new garage door. Their price was reasonable as well. Nice crew in the town!

They fixed the door within an hour and also did detail inspection of my garage door just to make sure everything else is working fine. Troy and his team recently serviced my 3 doors garage. Those were old, off the track and making too much noise. Previously they had replaced garage door at my parent's location so I knew him very well. I called him and explained the problem. Next morning he came with his crew. We called roadrunner garage door on Thursday late afternoon and by Fri at 9.30am he was at our door. His estimate was very reasonable. I asked him to start work. He and his co-worker started to work and finish it by late afternoon. The best part was he gave us couple of options and explains pros and cons of each option.
