I experienced excellent customer service from the first point of contact when I brought my car in. John was great about sending me texts and keeping me up to date on the status of my car repair throughout the week. The work they did was amazing and looked brand new when it was completed. My husband noticed the arm rest was broken when we picked it up, I took it back and without questioning it hesitation repaired it. Great place for your body work.

Loved the constant updates and contact, loved how simple the staff made the experience.

Great customer service, smooth process dropping off and picking up my truck. The daily text messages kept me up to date on the repair status and it kept me at ease. The expectation was set and they delivered. The facility was clean and the two staff members I had contact with were very professional. I would highly recommend the facility if your luxury vehicle needs repair.

The Body Shop worked on my car (Porsche 911) after an accident, where they had to replace the front bumper cover and hood. The parts had to be ordered from Germany and there were several delays, none of which were the shop's fault. Throughout the process they kept me informed. Overall, and notwithstanding the delays, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the quality of work. My rating reflects this:

Awesome repair...did a great job.. true professionals. I highly recommend They kept me updated during the repairs...you can not tell the vehicle was ever damaged.
