John always takes special care. I was especially glad to have had my brake work done in your shop when some jerk made an improper lane change and my car stopped less than a yard from his bumper. The brakes work fine! Thanks gentlemen!

The service area, partially visible from the waiting room, appears sparkling clean. The service itself was excellent, with certain extra items suggested with no high-pressure to purchase. A request for an estimate on some body work was given in minutes; it was reasonable...and, again, there ws no pressure to purchase. The waiting room itself is extremely clean and comfortable (it's obvious that special care is even taken with the reading materials, since they are in great condiiton, even tho' most appear to be at least a couple of years old...a minor and rather humorous "flaw", and the worst i could think of).Vincent Trainor, Operations Manager, could not have been more courteous or kind. Even the young service rep who brought my car around when it was ready was friendly and even complimentary about my messy little car. All in all, the best automotive service experience i've had in many a year!

The service I received when I took my 2006 Suburban in was fairly priced, completed in a timely manner and provided with a professional manner. I would recommend River Oaks Automotive Center, Pete and his guys to anyone who needs service work on their vehicle.

This place is awesome--they stayed open an extra hour to fix my car--I got two new tires and a new belt. They also fixed some other things (a rubber tube that stuck out, added more brake fluid, etc) and didn't charge me extra. I had a small leak that they told me would have cost $1600 to fix, and they said they it wasn't worth the money to get it fixed so they told me not to. Everyone there was friendly and honest--they showed me my car and explained what was going on so I understood it. I will definitely come back here again.

I just bought this beautiful wooden black bench from this store. I came in the store to just have a look and browse, but as soon as I saw that bench I knew I had to have it. It looks great at the foot of my bed, better than I imagined.

Every time I go to River Oaks Automotive I am treated like a VIP. I get great, honest service. They're awesome!
