It is always so pleasant to go to River Oaks. They treat everyone like they're a VIP. I was met at the door; they drove my car to the back, did the oil change and brought it back out front with the air condition on so I wouldn't get in to a hot car. All done in less than 30 minutes. As a long term customer I continue to be pleased with your approach to services, but am often times surprised that an additional visit must be made after a service call. For example after my last service call on my Honda, I had to return within 2 minutes as the fluid cable for the brakes had broken. I think that this may have occurred during the service work but your team still charged me a significant fee to repair the item. My wife's Mercury Sable will soon be returned because the steering noise she had addressed on the last maintenance visit is still occurring suggesting that other things are wrong but were not fixed by the team, nor were we notified that there were additional items that needed attention, It would make us more comfortable if we could deal with the repair issues in total, one at a time when the car is left for service.

The appointment process was quick. They got it done on time, well, kind of. It was supposed to get a LOF and tire rotation. But when I got there the guy tried to tell me, "we measured all the tires and the wear is perfect. No need to rotate". Well, I am not a mechanic, but I am an Engineer and I really don't think there is a simple way to take 3 or 4 measurements and say, the wear is perfect. It's just better to rotate them on a regular basis. But now I have to go back. I did talk to the tire company I bought them. They did say, you must prove you "rotated them on a regular basis" to get the warranty.
