I moved in this year and the place was a dream come true that turned into a nightmare. This place is infested with bed bugs and the staff knew about it and never warned anyone. Please read the bed bug addendum or you will be stuck with the issue

Am not too happy, I have been living at Richmond for 3 years the new management is really good they have came in late last year (2014) and made allot of good changes their apartments have been upgraded new flooring, white appliances, new counter tops, this really pretty lights in the bathroom and living room. BUT guess what I don't get any of that I have been here 3 years I get and increase of $50 dollars and they can do 1 upgraded. WHY? why do the new residents get all the new upgrades that's not fair it seems like they only care about raising the rents. I really appreciate all the new things like the new gate, the new roof but I want my apartment to look as beautiful as the ones for the new residents. I might move out I cant afford the new rates.

I'm glad to have these apartments as my new home.I recommend it...
