Before signing up, negotiate on your cancellation policy. The contract will be written for automatic renewal without notice. Terms of cancellation includes $700 fee. It will take 2-3 months to cancel and you will be paying for those extra months. You have to meet a sales rep and the appointment will be intentionally delayed. Overall, it is not worth pursuing RetrieverMD. You have a lot of better options for credit card processing.

The sales rep stopped by and gave us some materials to review and was very through with his follow up. The fact they only do our service industry is a big plus because they are used to our terminology.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! I signed up with Retreiver in March 2011- since then we have had nothing but problems with them. We have tried to cancel our contract but found out that we would be charged $700 if we cancelled. One of the many things not told to us when we signed. When they give you rates they will be very low and inticing but watch out for the $36.91 monthly fee,random on file fee of $5, and a random gateway fee for x amount of dollars monthly. Oh, and watch your bank accounts because they will randomly debit $90 for PCI compliance insurance which we were told would be taken care of by the company. Every time I call to cancel and fax in the appropriate paper work they promise to beat the rate but don't understand that when I use square(flat percentage fee with no other charges) they can not beat the overall cost due to their fees. This is a horrible company! BEWARE!
