Your trucks constantly miss our neighborhood in unincorporated Galveston County. I just spoke to a new driver on our route and he said he didn't know our 2 streets were on the route. What kind of coordination, if any, do the dispatchers or operations supervisors maintain over teaching their drivers which streets are covered by garbage contracts? Also, the company is very hard to get a pro rated bill from even when they miss your service multiple times.

This company is overpriced and unprofessional. I would not recommend service in our area of Conroe. When I called to cancel service, the representative offered me a cheaper rate to stay. This indicates to me that I've been overcharged for years.

Will not pickup container when...

Will not pickup container when told to do so in a certified letter. Continues to bill for services not given. Will not answer numberious calls. Can not get problems resolved.
