One star is too many! Norma's told us on our initial visit when we went to file for LLC that it would be more advantageous to file as a C Corp instead. We told her we needed help every step of the way because neither of us had experience in owning a small company. When our corporation papers came back with incorrect names and information, that should have been our first sign. Since then, we have been misguided and given incorrect information every step of the way. They give you an email address and then later say that they do not answer emails because they are too busy? Really?? In 2016, you don't communicate by email? After doing our taxes completely different than how she told us to do our bookkeeping, she had her husband redo them, the way she first told us to do things... and when we questioned numbers that they had put on our taxes, she couldn't explain. I have been hung up on today by both owners because they dont like or cannot answer the questions I have for them.
