Don't go there for anything more than a watch battery change - I asked for a battery and crystal change for my Seiko, first time around Rene mounted the new crystal incorrectly, both the inner and outer bezels were misaligned. Upon him fixing this I found a more serious problem, the movement itself was misaligned and the hands were loose! He managed to cobble the watch back together but when I got it back a second time even then it was not right, a small hand on the alarm dial was missing. I demanded the moneyback for the service, which they granted, but my watch is junk.
