The institution calling it's self a bank is highly incorrect!

At this location is the only time I have dealt with a person having any professionalism and understanding of how Regions work. Shaun is very kind helpful great guy any other time which has been numerous the service is rude, uneducated about the company, sarcastic, unhelpful. A Manger just hung up on me! I called due to my questions of charges on my account from them. They charged me NSF and my account wasn't over drawn. I'm reporting this to authorities.
