I was looking for the Best Immigration lawyer and glad that I found Rahul because I can honestly say that Rahul is the BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER. Don't go by the recent fake reviews. This guy is unethical and has provided support to body shopping companies which don't want to give legal immigrants their due rights. Check his videos on youtube where he is encouraging them to derail rules which would have helped legal immigrants.

Knowing the technicalities of immigration myself , I find Rahul as someone who I can look upto. Firm is only interested in making money by renewing your temporary visas, they have no interest in pursuing your permanent work permit and oppose any rules related to it as it kills their golden goose.

This guy Rahul Reddy is worst guy. He came here on H4 and advising / leading the affort against the same folks.

Rahul Reddy and his law farm is a thug and a cheat. Runs a huge nexus with body-shopping agents from Andhra. These guys exploit the H1-B visa system and are directly responsible for the displacement of American workers. They lobby for more H1-B, advice these body shoppers to file for GC IN THE 5th YEAR and is now aggressively lobbying to water down President Obama's EO and the I-140 EAD rule.



They're messing with the lives of at least 150000 skilled Indian workers and running this nexus with body shoppers.



Unethical and greedy to say the least.

I wish i could give a negative rating for Rahul reddy and his firm. these guys are the biggest Hyprcrites. on one side he puts up a show as if he is here to help immigrants and on the other side he suggests employers to file lawsuite against USCIS to derail its efforts to reduce the GC backlogs. there are a bunch of youtube videos where this guy is making the suggestion. apparently this guy came to US on h4 as a dependent and as soon as he got his green card he is trying to shut the door for everybody else. shame on you dude.

They are in the select few who benefit from misery of folks stuck in the greencard backlog.will suggest to stay clear of them( specially if you are legal immigrant of south asian descent).

proof is in the pudding , try searching for some videos as mentioned by previous poster.

Rahul Reddy works as an immigrant lawyer but works against the interest of Legal Immigrants. There are bunch of videos floating in the web, where he is speaking to a group called ITServe and giving them ideas to lobby against Green Card reforms that helps in shortening the wait for green card for certain nationalities from few decades to possibly a decade.

Lobbying is definitely not illegal, but what he does is against the interest of legal immigrants. If you are hiring his firm, do note that you are contributing to efforts against legal immigration.

Mr. Reddy and his team filed my H1B petitions, got me my PERM in a swift go. The confidence I had seen and experience I had with them got me going with them again for I-140 and eventually Adjustment of Status. The entire team of Reddy and Neumann PC is very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the processes. Documentation, questions, doubts, everything was cleared. I could see my process going very well. I'm extremely thankful for all the work they did on my case. Highly recommended!

I was terribly caught in a case of intent to revoke my I-140. I wouldn't want to give the details leading to it. But I's definitely take this time to thank Rahul Reddy.
