Warning. I was Verbally abused , physically threatened in the produce section by a assailant.

When I reported the incident to customer service,the store manager "P@@l F@@n" he said to me...What do you want me to do? I have no control over what my customers do in this store! When I got home I called the Randalls store phone number on the receipt 713 721 0011 and Paul Fain answered the phone HELLO not Randalls.Is that how bussiness answer the phone? I asked him to review the Video & he screamed @ me as if I was wasting his time. I asked him for the corporate office number as he was NOT handling this properly. He quickly hollered out a number @ slammed the phone down. I had 2 call back again to get the number. I then called & left a message 34 times @ corp. NO call returned. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT SHOP @ RANDALLS FOR A SAFE & HAPPY experience. Kroger's & Beldens employs SECURITY guards, FRIENDLY & RESPONSIVE staff.
