I HAD 3 INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!! I URGE YOU NOT TO COME HERE!!! The staff and doctor are both incredibly rude and disrespectful! The first time I went there, I got my teeth cleaned. After that simple procedure, my gums were bleeding and were painful for 3 days. The physician then recomended me to get my wisdom teeth removed. We scheduled the appointment weeks in advance and they say that they don't have me on schedule. I get my wisdom teeth removed and my lip is swollen and cut up tremendously which is not normal for wisdom tooth removal. My gums were also bleeding for a whole day afterwards which is also not normal. I was supposed to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed on this day, but he was too inexperienced to do all 4, instead he did only 2. I schedule an appointment for my other 2 wisdom teeth. WE CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT 3 TIMES OVER THE PHONE!!! I go to Red Star Dental to try to get my teeth removed but he says that he doesn't want to do it because he is not going to be there over the holidays. WHAT?!!! I confirmed the appointment, my grandma took off work, and he says he doesn't want to do it!!! HE THEN YELLS AT US AND SPEAKS DOWN TO US AS THOUGH WE ARE 5 YEAR OLDS! HIS RECEPTIONIST IS SMIRKING AND LAUGHING AT THE FACT THAT THIS IS THE ONLY CHANCE I HAVE AT GETTING MY TEETH REMOVED because I am very busy. He might not have been able to do the surgery, BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO YELL AND ARGUE TO TELL US! He didn't apologize for the incident and he wouldn't even tell me what was going on so I had to call my mother. DO NOT GO TO REDSTAR DENTAL!!!!!!!!! I can't say it enough. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, RUDE, IGNORANT, AND OVER DISTASTEFUL! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE FORCED TO! Red Star dental deserves half a star and only that for the facility. I wish I could give them less than one. AGAIN, I URGE YOU NOT TO COME HERE FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT!
