this business is NOT PROFESSIONAL - and if you question them, they will RUDELY tell you to just close the acct. I am a dealership and requested a repo on a vehicle and sent more than enough information to them, with over 10 addresses, work addresses etc. They updated me each day with the same -"we drove by the apartment and no sign of the car". When I called Christina and asked her why they had not checked out the other addresses, I was told "WE don't do that, we don't check different addresses, we pick the one that is most likely. Well, I could drive by her apt all day -that isn't what a repo company is suppose to do- they are hired to search for the vehicle - and when I questioned her about that she stated "if you dob 't like it close your account" and before I had even hung up the phone I got an email notice that SHE had closed the account. REAL PRO'S. I would be embarrassed to work for such a crappy business. Shine on and show your true colors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!

I found myself stranded in a parking lot this evening, having locked my keys, my phone, and my wallet inside my car while loading groceries. Around 7:30pm I spied a truck from this company a few rows over and when the driver came out of the store with his own groceries on his way home from work , I asked him if I could get a business card to call a driver on duty. Instead of that, he set his own groceries down and took the next 15-20 minutes (of his own free time) to help me get into my car. When I asked how much I owed him for the help he said not to worry about it, that he was a repo guy so he wasn't even set up to charge for a "lock-pop." With a smile and a hand shake, he completely restored my faith in the kindness of strangers. If the rest of the employees at this company have anywhere near the compassion and character of the man who helped me tonight, their paying customers are without a doubt in good hands!!!

Crooks, they don't care about you or your car you are just a Dollar sign,.... Shut and Pay me, FYI they can't spell , the need to go back to school and "Learn them Some Spelling" :) No wonder the owner is in a wheelchair, Karma Karma, you get what you give.

This customer failed to tell that Recovery Pros could not verify if the damages were actual done by our agent or not, but elected to send the car to a ASE certified mechanic and have it repaired at no cost to the customer and also refunded the customer in excess of $350.00 in redemption fees for their inconvenience. We're not perfect but try to be fair.

The owner has staff that stole items from my car, the car was broken. Please place a complain if you have any of this issues with them. I did, the more we complain maybe some one will close this business.
