As owner of a 3 bdrm rental house in Houston, I was due to travel on vacation. And don’t you know it that is the time the old pipes under the slab decided to show their age. New tenant did not deserve that problem but was patient. Kathy Grey and the rest of the team said make your vacation and we will handle this. Bob Barnett worked with both the contractors and the tenant to do more than was required of them. They turned it into a win for the tenant and handled a very large excavation to replace the piping under the slab. This was above and beyond their responsibility. I thank the team for all. Tenant is still in the property as he was treated fairly. I am pleased
