Just relocated to the Houston area, & purchased a home. We received a homestead package, which included warranty on home and appliances to be serviced for upkeep with a small co-pay. Our a/c unit stopped blowing cold. Jeremy himself came out to service our unit. He replaced a valve and refilled the freon. Then informed me that it would be the small copay plus an additional $150 to clean the coil in our attic. I paid the copay, but not the additional. I advised Jeremy I would save the money and my husband would clean the coil, due to Jeremy saying the coil was not included in our warranty.. Again, two weeks later, ac blows but not cold, Jeremy was again sent out. He was only on our property for MaYBE two minutes. He told me that the fan motor was burnt up and Not included in our warranty. That he needed $150 for the motor plus $180 for the outside coil to be cleaned as routine maintenance, that this also was not included in the warranty. Needless to say, I advised Jeremy we would not pay anymore than the copay and that I would be contacting on the policy. He proceeded to get in his service can and spin out our driveway. Unsatisfied is not even close to my desired vocabulary for Jeremy and his service! This man is a scam artist and will get you for all he can. Especially if he believes he can with a female, as in my case.
