Robert Barcus (Buying Agent):



Hopefully, this will give some insight to some of those individuals who are looking to pursue real estate service from Robert Barcus. I will give him credit about knowing the NW Houston area, but his lack of communication with me (the buyer) was horrible. I kept hearing the same thing, "I will get back with you," yet he took no initiative to "get back with me" unless he was returning my call. Instead, I was calling other individuals directly to ensure items were being handled. His lack of persistence in seeing tasks being completed resulted in extensions and fees when it was time to close. I would not recommend this realtor due to lack of persistence in getting things done.
