I bought an under-cabinet range hood from this seller because it looks nice but mainly because he was offering a 3 years warranty.



Over a month ago the lights stop working and I tried contacting the seller several times but he never offer me a solution other then paying $30 for some part.



He said he didn't have the part and never had the intention of ordering it.



Beside, nothing tells me that this will fixe the problem and I would be out of $30. And if this unit is under warranty, I shouldn't have to pay for the defective part.





Stay away!!!"
