NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!!
I SPENT ABOUT $200 AND I DIDNT NOTICE TILL AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WAS EXPIRED!! THEY SOLD ME EXPIRED FOOD, MY KIDS COULD OF GOTTEN SICK! THEY SOLD ME MEAT THAT WAS EXPIRED FORM SEPT. 2012 ITS NOW FEB 2013 WTH!? I wouldnt recommend them to no one! I SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE STATE HEALTH DEPT.

i want everyone to know that randy is the worst food truck in houston they have many more with nice drivers and you dont want to use randy serves they will robb you, i have learn my lesson and i just want to share with they get no stars

Ive been using Bags and Boxes Mobile Grocery for 5 years and they have never given spoiled food nor stole money from my family.

I found another real good company called C&J Mobile Food Truck .... I called them they came rt out and serviced me the same day ..... Thank god for these ppl....

The service was real and the food was fresh and it's been down with me and my folk for years.

Not all their employees are honest. My neice was charged $472.00 February 3rd by Randys and Randys trucks don't run the first week of the month. Randys shuts down the first week of the month for inventory.

I would NOT recommend Randys to anyone. They are very unprofessional and will steal your food stamps. They will take more than what you owe and leave you with nothing. The girls in the office are rude and disrespectful. They will talk to you any kind of way and hang up in your face. PLEASE PLEASE do not use Randys.

Good business but you can never get in contact with any one and when you do they are very rude an unprofessional. They should invest in a multiple phone line system.

I just wanna start by saying they r very unprofessional. Now this is the location in Dallas. I purchase food from the truck n the next day when I cooked I noticed to food was gray situation I checked to box n it was expired. Now I purchased this food in October n it said June. I called n made several complaints n no one gt back to me abt the issue at hand. I finally gt a chance to talk to the manager n he said theres Nutn he can do was rude n hung up n my face. I would never use this company again n I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I love randy's tha drivers are always amazing to me its tha ladiis in tha office that i cant stand!l! They got real bad attitudes n that act like they dont kno anything...my kitchen has nothing in it at all n i need to get in touch with one of tha guys on tha truck not tha girls in tha office anybody kno anyone of there numbers? What kind of store wont even give you a menu? But they want your info before they come out to youre house. Thats bad bis. ethics,They won't get my bis.They don"t deserve a star untill they can show you what there selling. No menu you have got to be kidding me.

I just called trying to get a menu, they were not helpful at all. They not only hungup on me they refuse to fax a menu. They also requested my food stamp information and I still would have to wait for a menu. The best way to contact them is not call the office but call one of the drivers, because the office will not help you at all. I see the trucks all of the time coming here but the office says they do not know the schedule unless we get your food stamp information then we will be able to get someone out there. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
