I am so sorry I bought a timeshare with Raintree Resorts (aka Raintree Vacation Club). I was in Puerto Vallarta, staying at the Westin, when I was approached to attend a 90-minute presentation. I foolishly signed the contract because I did not realize all the lies the salesmen were telling me. They say it is easy to exchange to stay at other timeshares within RCI but every time I tried to exchange I was told by RCI that "nothing is available". If you try to get out of your contract within the 5-day right-to-cancel then they will stall and give you the runaround about how to cancel so that the cancellation date will expire first. Also, I did not know that Raintree has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Beware.
