Very bizarre experience. Sent a message via zillow website to this property manager. No response. Called later the next day and left a voice mail. Received a call back about an hour later and here's how it went: ME:"Hello?". THEM:"You just called my number?". ME:"Yes, I'm interested in your home for lease". THEM:"Well, it's wrong on the website that price is wrong it's over $2,200". ....Silence..... ME:"Okay, the price on the website was $1,875. Are you saying that is not correct?". THEM:"I already told you that." ....Silence.... ME:" Well okay then." ....Silence..... ME:"Sorry to bother you". THEM: Click. Now here's the thing, I am willing to always show grace and/or give a person a second chance. We all have bad days, and that could be the case here. However, based on this experience alone I have to think this is NOT AT ALL the person I want to do business with or call when the house has an issue that needs addressed.
