If I have to I will use R&L Moving Systems again. I have moved several times with this company and every tme was great. The movers are always fast, clean, friendly and work very hard. The guys Johnatan and Lizeth were very efficient in loading all my belongings. Thanks guys!

They are professional in all areas of moving. The office staff is great and they have always been flexible with scheduling. The price was less then most companies and even if it had been more I would have still moved with them.

If you are seeking a moving company that you can turn your back to and fully trust that your belongings will be properly handled then use R&L Moving Systems. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with our move. We refer them to all of our family, friends, co-workers, etc.

These people are at best extremely shady and at worst they are part of some organized crime ring. I called a real mover with good ratings in Queens NY for the move and got a quote. The move was to move my deceased daughter's belonging to Alabama. Being distraught I did not notice that the bill of lading was not as it should be until I got back to Alabama. Apparently an employee of the moving company I called in Queens decided to make some money for himself. The items arrived on a day the mover we were out of the country and were put in storage. When I finally got someone to let me in a couple of weeks later the R and L driver refused to let me in to see the items before paying the remainder in cash and threatened to load the items back on the truck. I pulled my car in front of the storage room entrance, locked the doors and called the sheriff. I finally got in the room, but it was dark and there was no way to determine what was there. I did count the boxes and 3 were missing. That was 3 months ago. I have verified with a dispatcher that the boxes were in a warehouse in Houston and was told they would be Fed Exed to me immediately. They were not. RIght now the boxes are supposedly on a truck somewhere up on the Northeast Coast. I have lost hope in getting back these special things that belonged to my daughter. I understand this company is under investigation by the FBI and Houston Police. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This company will lie to you about the moving date. They will also steal your things. They stole boxes of some expensive item that I had and told me that the items were lost. They also forced me to insure my items for only 60 cents a pound, so the most that I will get for my $1700 worth of items is about $40. They also did not even attempt to find the "lost" items and kept on shifting the blame to other people. None of thier workers were ever held accountable Additionally, they have the WORST customer service EVER!!! The moving laws protect them and they make sure that they take advantage of that. They will make you regret not moving your stuff by yourself.
