I work for a church and R Kay Ice was our official provider of ice for our annual mission trip that we do for our youth. They provided quality service and efficient customer service! I was super thankful for all that they did for our church and our kids. They were super flexible and even helped us with a last minute change! Great company and super fair price!

R Kay Ice is fast and reliable. Every time they enter the store it’s like you can’t tell they are there . The light skinned guy with the beard is very attractive and so polite . I just want to eat him like a two piece at Popeyes.

R Kay ice is a great company. As customer of Time Wise at the Exxon on Ft Bend and Market, I noticed the delivery rep was courteous! That kind of excellence comes from the top.

Rapid response every time. I call, they pick up, and they've got a guy showing up with a truck full of ice. I've had issues with finding reliable ice delivery services, but they've proven themselves reliable time and time again.

These guys are the best always have ice on time. Am always happy to see there truck pull up. Great company

Wow !! These Guys Are Great Their Drivers Are Fantastic , Their Service Is Unbelievable Fast And This Company Has By Far The Best Service I Have Gotten From Any Former Ice Company's I Have Used And On The Plus Side They Have The Lowest Prices You Will Find

I have no idea what this company's service is like, but if it's anything like their driver's I'd avoid them like the plague. First, he was riding my bumper in heavy traffic, honked at me for slowing down (which was unavoidable due to the wall of brake lights in front of me), then proceeded to switch lanes and come up beside me to scream and glare at me (while now riding the bumper of someone else). I called the number on his truck to file a complaint, only to discover the same driver was answering the phone ( I heard laughter before he hung up). If that's the kind of people you like doing business with, you're in for an icy treat.
