They got me to sign on with a very heavy down payment on the premise that this was a real world diet that I could fit into my lifestyle. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT the case!!! Due to the salt restrictions, you cannot eat out at all, even by making healthy choices. I wish I would have joined Weight Watchers instead. That diet is definitely more doable and woud be easier to stay on long-term. Research before you buy! :-( :-( :-(
