I hired Quick Relief Restoration to repair some damage from 2017 Hurricane Harvey, At first the owner seemed to be on the level and promised the job would not take long and offered me a good estimate to complete the work. Considering the project started in September I was expecting it to be complete before my already scheduled vacation. I was given every excuse to why work couldn’t get done and right before my vacation they began to demo the kitchen area. At this point to continue the work I was going to need to give them some money because I was to be out of the country. I gave this company more than $14,000 to do the work and after I returned from vacation nothing was done, I just more excuses. In June of 2018 I had to hire another contractor to complete the work, and this contractor still has not paid me back so now I am taking legal action. After they were informed of the pending litigation the Owner contacted me promising to pay me back begging me to take down the reviews which I did but after 4 weeks still with out a single payment just more excuses and drama. If you need any work at all no matter what this owner says it is a lie and turn them away. The owner RIchard Rucker is not to be Trusted, Some of the excuses he has used

Car Accidents in 2 weeks he supposedly had car accidents on each Friday
His Dad had Cancer, he seriously used that one
His Best Friend who was working for him was a Junkie and he had to fire him
Custom milling of a trim you can find at home depot. etc
