I've been a customer and sent business to this store for years, both locations. I bought braid hair that was suppose to be wet n wavy, followed shampoo directions, wasn't wet n wavy. Notified the owners asked if I could bring it in so they could see the proof, was told that there would be "No Exchange" to take it up with the vendor and that "IT WASN'T THERE PROBLEM" (great customer service) "NOT". WOW! I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN!
