We booked a destination wedding in Cabo and worked with John Benwill at Pulse Travel to manage all of our guests accommodations. He did a fantastic job with keeping everyone organized and up to date. I couldn't have been happier.

Travel leaders helped me with my first trip out of this country. They were able to put everything together, so I wouldn't have to left a phone and worry about finding everything I wanted. They look out for you!

My mom and I recently went on a tour of Europe and had a blast. I was nervous about booking it on my own so I contacted Travel Leaders and was introduced to Summer. She found us a great tour that had every destination we wanted to see and found great flight prices. She took all the hassle out of booking a vacation. When we got to Europe we had an issue with the transportation and Summer got us a full refund. I am very thankful for Summer and will definitely use her for future travels!

My wife and I celebrated our 21st anniversary so we booked with this agency summer was our agent we wanted to go to Hawaii I had told her about a hotel That was more for adults but she told me that you had a great plan for the Hilton Village in Honolulu so we went with that package it was bad the hotel was to crowded For what we was looking for now it good for families but for our Anniversary not too good at all. But the sad thing Summer told me that this was an great Hotel for couples, they ask us if we wanted to move to a different hotel,but it was already the third day of our vacation and we was trying to enjoy and not move and pack up to go somewhere else. We just chalk this up and make plans with someone else for next year when we take our whole family to Jamaica.

I have now worked with Alycia at Travel Leaders on two trips, first Maroma Beach (Cancun) and second Costa Rica. Both trips were fantastic and Alycia was just great. She is very good at listening and making sure she provides what you are looking for. She is patient as at the day is long and has a genuine interest in you, your family, your interests and making sure you get exactly what you are looking for! I'd highly recommend Travel Leaders!

I just came back from an all girls trip to Cancun, Mexico. We had a blast!! Everything worked out smoothly from the flight, transportation, resort, excursions! We worked with Alycia setting everything up and she was fantastic! She was prompt, responsive, cheerful, pleasant, always willing to help. I can't say enough about her professionalism and we definitely plan to use her again!

We worked with LIzzy to plan a trip to Italy. Lizzy was great. She was professional and nice to work with, but also knew a great deal about the area. We haven't even gone yet but she made it so easy to plan. I've never been overseas and I am excited for what she has planned. I will update this review after the trip but I know it will be great. The price was better than I expected too.

My friends and I have started our travel plans with Travel Leaders for over 10 years now. We keep going back because they've always been helpful and professional. We recently returned from best vacation in Los Cabos at Secrets Los Puertos which Celina arranged for us. It exceeded our expectations. She was very responsive in the process, extended the resorts discount and promotions to us, arranged transportation and made it so easy. Highly recommend.

John found exactly what we wanted, for the right price. He was recommended to me by a friend and far exceeded our expectations! He designed a 10 day stay in 3 locations in Costa Rica, which was customized exactly to our liking. All travel, connections, and resort bookings were completed without a problem. A memorable honeymoon!

John was always quick to respond via phone/email with any questions I had for him concerning the hotels, flights, etc.. I would like to start by saying I found Travel Leaders via a google search and man am I sure glad I did. John provided me with great service for our group package to Dreams Cancun (Resort). He even did a check in the months coming up to our day and saved almost everybody in our booking $200 bucks each!! He was quick to check in with us in the days prior to our departure and immediately emailed me on our return. Instead of Travel Leaders they should be named Customer Service Leaders. To a job well done!! Thanks so much John!

Travel Leaders are the best! they have booked several trips for me and my family; we just visited Disney Word and Bahamas; and John recommended great accommodations for us; attractions in the area we should visit etc. he worked with me through the entire process; we have never experienced issues with ticketing; hotel etc. just World Class Service. I would definitely recommend John at Travel Leaders to all my family and friends.

John from Travel Leaders was great! Any questions I had he was able to answer and give me lots of details that I needed to make a decision for our trip! Most all of our communication was just over emails, yet John gave us a great recommendation for our honeymoon in Punta Cana, DR and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Definitely worth using them as opposed to finding the best places your own.
