They do good nails but one person tell u one price then when it's time to pay they say another price. I'm not tripping about the money but that's not good customer service. And when they start charging by the length of the nails.

My nails turned out just how i wanted them. The lady who did my nails payed attention to detail and asked constantly if i was satisfied although she was a little rough

It was my first and last time in this salon. I went in for a manicure, I didn't mind paying more than my regular place since they were full but this young lady ruined my nails.

I had a horrible experience with a lady name Kim. She had an attitude when I was asked what I need it. She is there to be a great costumer service not to make faces at you. First and last time i will go there!!!! This is located next to 24 hours fitness at San Jacinto city

If I could give 0 stars I would. OMG I have never seen anything like this. I want to cry they look so bad not to mention how much it hurt when she took the old ones off. I'm just going to soak them off 2 1/2 hours and I almost. Got up and left

Absolutely horrible "business". I went here with 2 friends, one of which reviewed as well. Totally different yet horrible experiences. We had 3 different technicians do our nails and they were ALL messed up.colored shellac going all off of the sides, LARGE bubbles under the shellac, color you could see through, etc... It was ridiculous. My friends finished in 30 minutes and we all had to go back to work. So why am I sitting there an hour later...for shellac? I see her messing them up but just want to get out of there so after I told the lady who wanted me to pay that I was not happy and was not paying. She gave me a card and wrote her name, "Thi", on it and asked me to come back and get them done again by her (Thi did not do my nails) I had planned to when I had time again until I heard that my friend went back because her nails were lifting a day later and this lady apparently was rude and yelled at her. They took the nails off but refused to give a refund. Stated that they cannot guarantee nails will stay on for ANY length of time. Horrible, glad I refused to pay, and will never go back. I actually clipped my nails low to get rid of the shellac french tip look they messed up. Will be back at my old salon where they did it perfect. Sometimes cheap is exactly what you get. No wonder they are 10 bucks cheaper than most places!

AWFUL PLACE!! customer service is awful , they are extremely rude. I had shellac done on my nails and no exaggeration, two days later they were lifting and color was coming off. I politely went into the shop to ask for my money back. They said they would take off and agreed to giving me my money back . They took off the polish and did not give me my money back. One lady got really loud with me, kept rolling her eyes, and said they cannot guarantee their work. Mind you it had only been two days. DO NOT go to this place unless you absolutely have to and even then pay close attention as they do your nails and have them fix any little thing you do not like or they will look over it.
