Small office with little to no wait. Dr. Lim was exceptional with the cosmetic dental procedure I had ( snap on smile). Could not ask for a better dentist

I hated my smile. My teeth were yellow and cracked. After talking with Dr. Lim, I did a full cosmetic rehabilitation on my smile. I love it! She was very warm and kind, and nice staff too. The only downfall is office was a little hard to find. She is in the Red Brick building near the Green Way Plaza.

My tooth really hurt. I called in and she was able to see me right away. We had to extract the tooth . It wasn't the funniest thing I have ever done, but Houston dentist Dr. Lim did a great job and really put me at ease.

Had to come in and get a new filling done. Dr. Lim took good care of me and her staff was very helpful.

It was my first and list visit to Progressive Dental, Dr. Ellen Lim. She was SO rude, and completely lack in customer service skills. Her whiting techniques is a scheme and I would not recommend it to anyone. So please do not waste your time nor money.

Rude/poor customer service---I was unhappy with my teeth whiting. She took the minor and keep yelling at me to look in the mirror at my teeth. I explained to her there was no difference in my teeth prior to her exam and “magical teeth whiting”. She yelled at me “I have a trained eye”. She then called her dental assistant and office clerk to show them my teeth. She ask me what could she do to make me happy. I ask her to please redo…She yelled NO. At that time, I thought something was really wrong with her. There is something wrong with her...She is unprofessional, rude and lack in customer service

Fast, friendly and very affordable. Dr Lim has always been very kind, and always asks if I am ok. I love a dentist that actually shows concern.
