I didn't necessarily have the pleasure of doing bussiness with this company but amidst a long and frustrating morning searching for specific weld material a Mr. James was kindly the only one out of thirty companies to call me back. He was patient and empathetic definately someone I'd care to do business with in the very near future. I wish their business well and hope their empoyees take notes from him on his customer handling skills.

While job hunting I took some time off, and went to a privet gathering. While there I was introduced to a man, and told he was the owner of PROFESSIONAL WELDING SUPPLY CO. I asked about a job, he explained that he didn't have any openings. Even though his family was waiting for him to sit and eat with them, he didn't stop at no openings. He stayed with me asking about my job experiences, and told me of several places he knew were hiring in my field. He was warm, friendly, and professional during our conversation. Being the owner if he is any indication of how his company does business, then PROFESSIONAL WELDING SUPPLY CO. is the company you'll want to do business with. Thanks IPS
