Professional Auto Care has the best car service and repair that I have ever used. My car is checked thoroughly in every detail and I am confident that all service and repair is done with utmost care. Everardo Serratos is an expert and I trust his honesty and good judgment completely. The entire Serratos family is always warm, friendly and professional. My car receives service and repair at a fair price. Every time I leave Professional Auto Care, I know my car has been made safer to drive, that I have been told the truth, that the service was completed by the best people in the business and that I made a good decision in taking my car to their shop. Thank you to the entire Serratos family.

I know little about cars and have often felt ignorant and intimidated and uncertain when presented with an estimate bearing prices for work and on parts the names of which I either do not know or have only heard of in a vague way. Being steered to Professional Auto Care by a friend several years ago, I have discovered in the work and integrity of the Serratos family the same kind of care and attention that I seek in a physician. I need a mechanic who I am sure can and will fix my car (and not only fix it but will alert me by mail to upcoming needs both significant -- the 3000 mile oil check -- and small -- new wiper blades). Never in my over forty years of operating a vehicle in this busy city, have I let my car off in the morning with the absolute assurance that not only will the work be done but that the honesty of my mechanic is certain. The Serratos family members know that I am ignorant about valves, brake pads, and carburetors, but they also know that I trust them explicitly and with absolute confidence. In my almost four years of dealing with the family, I have never had a bill of over seven or eight hundred dollars (my car, a Honda Accord with over one hundred and thirty thousand miles), and the reason is simple: the immediate problem is addressed and the work that six months later would cost me double is managed today. The expertise and friendliness of the family make the operation of my car more pleasant and assured.

Everardo has been working on my cars and trucks since the early 90’s, and I truly appreciate his concern for my family’s safety and security related to our vehicles. I first went to him because I heard that he would take time to really investigate the cause or source of a tough problem, rather than just replace something and call it fixed. I found that to be true, as we have seldom taken vehicles in for a second try at the same problem. Saves me time and money in the long run, and gives me peace of mind!
