I found Professional Audio/Video Svc. Inc. by randomly searching online. This company is honestly one of the best service related "mom & pop" shops that I have ever used. They really spent the time to help me out when I needed to repair my subwoofer. Their knowledge and experience exceeded expectations.These guys initiated each step of the process without me having to check up on them. And they were out to break my bank. hey went far and beyond by helping me use the warranty that covered my subwoofer. I didn't even know I had a warranty left on it . They were patient and worked hard to find the solution as well as help me save money. Thank you to Ali for all the help! AJ
