I got in an accident & they won the draw to tow my car. My fault for not researching but it wasn't close to where I live, so I let them do the repairs. My 6 month old car (at the time) had to get the back right quarter panel replaced. Paint looks great but the door doesn't open correctly & that side wears out my tires now. There was also drama getting my car back in my possession. They didn't want my insurance check. They had my car for 32 days! I was told it was only going to be 2 weeks. The worst service I've ever received, by any business.

Not only did they over charge me for storage but half of my stuff was missing out of my car when I picked it up. When I picked up my car it was like a zoo in the office they had a monkey and a GUERILLA with highlights!! The back storage looked very unprofessional and not securely guarded. They told me that somebody probably was able to get back there and took my things out of my car. Still currently trying to fight them over the cost of storage fees and my personal property that was taken. Was I pleased?? HECK NO!! And this site made me give them at least one star, I didn't want to give them any.

My vehicle was wrecked, and was towed promptly to their salvage yard. When transferring title to them, they were very courteous and helpful in waiving fees.
