I was very dissatisfied with the service. The woman who took my reservation was not very friendly. When I got in the truck it was 3/4 full; however, the paper in which I signed prior to leaving said it was 7/8 full. The lady did tell me it wasn't on full when I received it so when I looked @ the dial I thought it correlated with the diagram in which they provided. I went nine miles in the truck, and when I returned the truck she told me I needed to put the gas back where it was. I insisted that it was exactly where it was when I left, and she said it wasn't. I asked if some one could show me where the needle needed to be because I was confused as to what they were asking. A guy did show me. I went to the gas station and it took me 3 gallons to get it to line in which they claimed it was supposed to be. When I returned the truck I tried to explain that something was wrong because I went 9 miles. There is no way I burned 3 gallons of gas. However they seemed unconcerned with my complaint. They charged my card and sent me on my way. I feel that was poor customer service and I will not use them in the future.

DO NOT take your items to this storage !! Somebody broke into my storage and stole my property and they said they could not do anything about it. They have cameras, but they dont use them for security purposes ~ (why even have camera??? ) I can paid insurance - DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE !!
