Called the (713) number and was unbeknownst to me routed to their HQ and then to a Louisiana office. I was told they had some solid blocks that I needed, so I sent a crew to pick them up. They arrived at the Houston location only to be told they don't stock them. My guys just wasted 1.5 hours of driving time and have nothing to show for it. Wow, way to be organized. I called from a local Houston number and they never identified or acknowledged that I was speaking to someone outside my area.
