Kitchen faucet was leaking from the handle. HomeWarranty sends out Precision Plumbing who tells us we need to replace the whole unit. Write them a check for the job and it is cashed the next day.

We receive a quote for $150 cheaper from pluming company B. Call and cancel the original service but now can't get a refund.

We are now on round 3 of claims that they will be refunding us. 1st claim: owners on vacation / wait until 8/19. 2nd: pick up check in Galveston on 8/19. 3rd claim: ignorance about Galveston; will mail on 8/19toarrive by 8/23.
Call 8/24 and they tell us it's been sent. The only option given is for them to mail it... We are told to wait a few days and if it doesn't get here that we can call back... ask to speak to someone else because that answer is not good enough and we are hung up on.

The following address is also not a good one for this company as there is no sign of Precision Plumbing at:

These people are scammers and liars. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Charged me for changing the faucet and fix the shower said he will return tomorrow. Took the money and never returned.

I didn't have a chance to give these guys a try. Nobody got in touch with me! I called Landmark Home Warranty, who by the way has fantastic reviews, Saturday morning to get the claim started to fix a leaking pipe underneath our kitchen sink. My assignment email came pretty quickly and we already had all their info. The email said we were setup for Monday. Landmark told us to wait until _they_ got in touch with us to setup the actual appointment.



I didn't actually expect a call until maybe same day (Monday). However, I didn't think it was outside the realm of possibility for a serious plumbing business to be running on weekends. I woke up early Monday, started my normal routine and waited for the call. At about 1pm on Monday, day of the contract, with no contact--no appointment, I had to ask myself... with such "glowing" reviews about poor communication, should we really bother? Stress it not good for our health and I can't afford to lose mine. So I called Landmark and had them reassign me. Landmark told me they had already had a few complaints about them, so I'm not really sure why they are still using them as contractors... changing contractors was very painless though, so I recommend if you end up in my situation, to do the same.

We have known perry for many years along with his family. I'm sad to say I am not pleased with perrys work ethics. I had a new water heater installed. All went well except he had to bring 1 more piece over to make it up to code and at that time he was going to fix 2 other problems. 3:30 came and no perry? I called and texted an still no answer. After 14 days of me trying to reach him I text him a nasty text and that's when he replied! It took me getting ugly to get an answer! It should not have to come to that. If only he would answer or at least send a text u would know your not being blown off. He went on to tell me all of his problems how busy he was. Well my problem with that? Finish your first job an then go to the next. And the way he talked to me I can believe the other reviews It really hurt me that he talked to me in that manner especially since he is the one doing wrong not me!!! I even gave him 100.00 more than he asked for and still did not complete the job!! Never never pay until the job is completely finished. Now I have to pay another plumber to finish his job that I already paid for. If you decide to use perry, do not pay him nothing until the job is all the way done! I wish I would hVe never agreed to let him do the job because this has caused hard feelings and that's something I never wanted. When u have your own business customer service is top priority. You can keep going with a track record like his ���� sorry perry. I hope you change your ways and show respect to your elders.

Had my water heater replaced by Precision Plumbning in October 2014 via Land mark Home Warranty . Perry, the owner, did the service with his sons. He was professional and kept his word. All these other reviewers might have had a bad experience with his employess, but the owner was fantastic. We have actually recommended them to other people. My wife and I were shocked when we found this site!

I set up an appointment with Precision via Landmark Home Warranty. During setup time I had asked them to give me 1 hr notice before they come in. They agreed to that. On the day of the appointment, they called me and gave me a 15 min notice and said they would cancel the appointment if I dont show up. I am not using their services anymore and I suggest no one should. On the phone they were very rude. You can't expect to get work with this kind of attitude.

Where do I start...



Initial appointment was on Tuesday at noon. Naturally the technician showed up at 4:30pm (my wife took the day off to accommodate). He removed the toilet where the leak was as I was getting home from work. After working on it for an hour, he told us he didn't have a part in his truck that was necessary for repair and that he would have to go buy one. Two hours later when he hadn't returned yet we called his cell phone. He was at dinner... Never mind that we have a 1 year old that needs to go to bed by 8pm. 30 minutes later he showed up with part in hand. What's that?? Wrong part??? Now he needed to leave again to get the correct one. At this point it was 8:30. He let us know via cell phone that he couldn't find it and wouldn't be returning. The fact that our master bathroom toilet was sitting in the middle of the room didn't matter. He said he would "settle it" between he and us and not to contact 'dispatch'. He would be out AFTER his calls the following day. We asked if he could come out prior to those and at what time was his first appointment the following day. His next appointment was at 9:30, but he wanted us to be able to "sleep in".



No dude, finish what you started prior to going out to new calls.



He told us he would.



Well... 9am rolls around and he's nowhere to be found and not answering his phone. Wife calls company and woman on the phone says they have a meeting and he won't be out until 2pm.



7pm rolls around and company is gone for the day and technician is nowhere to be found nor answering his cell phone.



Wife called Home Warranty company and we were the 4th complaint today about this specific company. DO NOT USE.

wish I could grade then at less than one star

They are not interested in replacing nor fixing your problem if your warranty company sent them..they will deny any problem and from the other reviews, I don't want them to touch anything in my house. Terrible service. Repair guys not trustworthy!!!!!!

this company is horrible has taken 1 month to fix toilets and they claimed the toilets were special order, and no longer made. Strange the company who made them still sells them. Shower issue and put a hole in the wall and never said anything. The guy demanded payment and refused to give a receipt. They are incompetent,rude and the home warranty company obviously does not do their research.. money grabbing thieves....

Do not use this company! I had no choice as my home warranty company, AHS, sent them to my house. I'm in the process of cancelling my warranty with them as well for sending such an incompetent and non-responsive company. They do not show up when they are supposed to, and do not even contact you to let you know they cannot make it, you have to be chasing them down. Then they will blame the warranty company for being the reason why they did not show up. On top of everything else the technician damaged my home when installing the new water heater and did not even turn the water on before he left which shows he did not test the new water heater. Owner/manager does not return calls or emails, she has yet to return any of my emails, or apologize, not even to just let me know how they will resolve this and fix the damage. Again, I'm cancelling my home warranty as they are just as negligent as they are for not doing their research on companies they contract with as vendors. I'm completely frustrated and I'm still waiting on what will be done to fix my home. I don't think it's too much to ask for an apology and to make things right.

Do not use this company. This company will rip you off!! I had to use this company because One Guard Home Warranty sent them out. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back. I used Texas Master Plumber and they fixed the problem that Precision Plumbing didn't and it cost me half of what I paid Precision Plumbing.

UGGGGGGG. Had no other choice but to go with this company since my home warranty company selected them. They came in to fix my hot water heater and then what was supposed to be covered needed $900 in "modifications" in order to get my water heater replaced. none of these were code modifications just imginary ones that the company made up to increase their revenue. After all this and payment in full they reported to the warranty company that although they had come out ot my house completed the repairs and received payment in full I had not paid the "service fee of $100" WTH?????????? Precision plumbing are a bunch of thieves. I would not reccomend them to my worst enemy

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not know what they are doing and service is ridiculous. Do not take accountibility for what they did and just say that the person that came out no longer works for them. Over a period of dealing with them for 2 months, i dealt with 3 people and now none of them works there. Spend 3 times the money else where because these guys are horrible.

HORRIBLE!! 1st time out, - "fixed" the toilet seal, that night it leaked thru the 2nd floor ceiling. 2nd time out...."Oh I missed THAT seal"... it is "Fixed" now. Nope, leaked a second time thru my ceiling while I ran an errand. DO NOT USE!!! Now I WILL have a lawsuit on my hands if they don't Fix it and my ceiling!!!! I would give them NO STARS...but this site makes me choose one.

I had this company out several times they always provide excellent service, call me when they are headed to my house so I can meet them. The techs show up in uniform and explain what they are doing. They offer competitive pricing and I would recommend them to any homeowner .

Never, ever call this lame company. They are not interested in service at all. I had to wait several hours for them to show up and then they fixed nothing. They are taking kick backs and money from home insurance companies.
