Precious Glance is sooooooo precious!!!! The girls were so helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and were sure to show me my lil' sweet peas, feet, hands toes and nose!!!! They really took their time and made me so happy. I highly recommend all to enjoy this precious moment at precious glance....

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

We went to our appointment on Saturday (October 3rd) it was at 3PM and it was a breeze calling in and setting up an appointment time.She was very flexible trying to get us scheduled in so that my significant other and myself could both attend. She was very quick to return phone calls and voicemails we would leave. When we arrived, we got there 20 min early and she greeted us and took us in 10 min prior to our actual appointment. Her enthusiasm and love for her business filled us with excitement! She definitely took her time to get the most perfect pictures for us. We ended up finding out we were having twins and the excitement from all of us filled the room!!! She also really took the time to make sure I was comfortable the entire time i was there. We look forward to coming back again for the gender reveal!

I have a BBB complaint in against this business. I filed it on 11/5/13 and so far no response. I was in on 10/9/13 for the Ultimate Glance package and was told the color prints and jpegs would be mailed to me. A couple weeks later I inquired and they said they were mailed. I never received them but they had my correct address (I've never had problems receiving mail at this house). They said they would resend if I didn't received by the end of the week. The next Monday still nothing so I called, emailed, and messaged on facebook. They never responded. I kept trying to get in contact with someone all week long....nothing. I went in there on November 1st and the tech said to call Rachel. The tech said the CD burning machine broke down the day before and she was unable to give me what I was missing. She also said that she couldn't give me a refund. I called Rachel and she said to call back the next day at 10am, she had the data and I would be able to pick everything up that day. I called Rachel at the time she requested and her phone went straight to voicemail. I called back numerous times that day and it always rang and rang and went to voicemail. I left several voicemails on her cell and at the office. The tech did call back once saying that Rachel doesn't come in on Saturdays and I should keep trying her on her cell. I left numerous messages after that with no response. I simply would like the prints and jpegs I paid for, a refund for what was not received, or complimentary service to make up for this situation. I don't think I'm being that difficult. If something happened to the data from my session then be up front and tell me, don't make up lies and then just ignore me. What business acts like this? Crazy.
