this morning my husband and I decided to try out the breakfast here. Definitely will NOT return or suggest to anyone. 4 tables during our experience, Amy was our waitress. She took our order, brought out food, then brought check. That was it. I had to ask a different waitress for more coffee after our cups had been empty for over 5 minutes, as well as for butter for toast as it was dry. When I ordered I asked for ranch for home fries and charged $0.95 and never told. Then to top it off when I went to pay for my bill Amy took receipt and my card rang me up, NOT once acknowledged me as she was involved in a personal phone call on her cell phone regarding car repairs... Absolutely horrible experience all the way around.. don't waste your time or money at this place

Had to walk out but not without paying $15 dollars for 2 pork chop lunch. Chicken gravy with pork chops? This is Texas home of white cream gravy! Yes you get chicken gravy with your chicken fried steak too. Sacrilege in Texas. Mack and cheese? more like Mac & Water with some cheese sauce. Never got the chance to talk to "waitress" after the food delivered she was to busy talking on her cell phone to return to table Maybe she should have ducked out of sight but she didn't just stood there in view with back turned to dinning room. They did manage to get her off the phone long enough to Bring her $15 dollar bill to the cashier. Save your Money or through it down the toilet (cut out the middle man) in either case you will be less frustrated and just as hungry.

Me ad my girl friend went there last night. I had never been there before but I must say "despite the reviews" it was a great evening. When we were seated our server promptly brought our drinks and some fried green tomatoes, which he said " were complementary". We thought the tomatoes were so good that we ordered more, and then proceeded to order. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and my girl friend ordered the chicken fried chicken, and we both agreed that it was one of the best we ever had. We will be making this one of out weekly dinner spots.
