This people are very Unprofessional Tony R Rehman very disrespectful to clients and Sana who's tony Rehman assistant ..they both rude ..they will rip you off..highly advise don't go to this attorney.. .. Make sure before you sign paper work you read the agreement

I had accident in august of 2012, 18 wheeler hit me on intersection and after my doctor told me that i will need MRI and therapy i decide to hire attorney to represent me because insurance supposed to pay for it.When I was signing necessary paper work in Don Poston`s office, his office manager Tony told me that they will represent me and whatever money get from insurance it will be split on three equal parts between me,attorney and medical bills.He called me two days ago and told me that they get money from insurance but medical bills are higher than one third so I will get less than that. I was OK with that because I wasn't in this for money, I just wanted to make sure that I will be OK. But when I was getting my check yesterday, I've seen checks for medical bills and they were less then one third of total amount,I asked what is this ,they told me that they will send more checks to doctors and MRI. This looked fishy and I called doctor and asked him how much he charged and he told me that he charged same amount as check that I've seen.So this attorney tried to screw me and doctors too.When doctor called them, Tony yelled at him for telling me how much he get.Then they called me and told me to come and pick up one more check today,but that still wasn't equal to one third that I supposed to get,they told me that they had to pay doctor more money,even more than they told me at first.I guess this is to keep him quiet. I would suggest everybody who worked with Don Poston on similar case that I had and if they didn't get they part of money because attorney told them that medical bills are higher, to check with doctors ,because they probably get screwed. I wouldn't recommend Don Poston to anybody.
