My husband sold an item on ebay, we decided to take the page to the nearest postal office. Days later the buyer said they didn't receive the package, when my husband and I went back to see what was the problem, because we had sent way more expensive items than the one that the buyer didn't receive. The lady told us it was nothing she could do. We ended up having to give the buyer a refund but we ended up without our product and no explanation.

I had a package that had to be mailed out asap, I arrived a quarter till closing time and nobody was there. All the lights where out and no business was taken place. I feel if the business hours is telling me that they close at a certain hour they should at least honor that.
