They Do it All Professionally

The best concept around this company is that they are turn key. They will perform all the yard work you need, along with fertilizing, and all landscaping needs. It is a pleasure to have one company do all your work at reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. They are available 24/7 and will always get back to you the same day if you have any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for a great service.

I have been with PointClickMow for over a year and

I always have been very pleased with their performance.

They come out every week – same day. Someone is in

the office to answer the phone or I can communicate

24/7 with the office by e-mail and get a quick response. I also love

the fact that they charge my credit card after each service.

I am moving to Austin and hope that I am able to find a lawn

maintenance company that is as convenient and reliable as

PointClickMow.com.

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING!!!

DID NOT STOP BILLING ME AFTER I CANCELLED MY SERVICE. AVOIDED MY REPEATED CALLS AND EMAILS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF HAVING THE 12 YEAR OLD KID NEXT DOOR MOW YOUR LAWN!

We received one email on 12/20 and responded to that email on 12/20. Customer cancelled before 6 trip minimum was met and we made him aware on 12/20 that he would be charged an early cancellation fee pursuant to our terms and conditions listed in our website. Client said he was not aware of the terms and conditions in our website as he had requested service over the phone. We reviewed our records and agreed with the client and never charged the cancellation fee to his account. The allegation of "unauthorized billing" is simply not true nor is the allegation that we did not respond to his email. Also, we do find it ironic that he requested a cancellation of his service through our website. We also find it interesting that in his rquest for cancellation of service - it was indicated "service was satisfactory" and he added the following note - "Great job and attention to detail just no longer have a need for your services. Thank you"
