iI have been a member for over 35 years always paid my loans on time. A few months ago I took them on a loan offer. so all I requested was 2,000 I could have gone somewhere else but didn,t. anyway they turn me down with a score of 8.5 because as they put it I have too many open accounts (with no balance) I will soon be closing this account.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience in the auto loan department.. Specifically, Joe Diaz, is rude to his customers, gets an attitude, and interrupts your turn to talk. After our issue, we called to talk to a supervisor, and he told us that we couldn't. WHAT? Who has the right to tell a customer that they can't talk to a supervisor??? Absolutely uncalled for. Definitely someone I do NOT want handling our account!

I have an auto loan with this company since 2011. They have been easy to contact and the customer service has been excellent in responding to any questions, concerns and technical issues. Specifically, Cathy from the South Houston office was excellent to deal with and fixed my issues in less than hour after contact via email. I would definitely recommend this company to others. No I do not work for them. I work in medical Research at MD Anderson in the Medical Center.
