Plaza Azul is the worst apartment to live in! First of all, the apartment is definitely not safe. Too much gang people littering the compound and gun shot from time to time. Secondly, those working at the leasing office are bunch of liars. They lie about every single thing. For instance, they said the office sent a letter to me 2 months ago whereas I got nothing. Thirdly, if you need any repair, you are on your own because they won't and don't care if mold is growing in your apartment, all they want is theur money which is very very absurd. Be careful while coming in here as a tenant but Plaza Azul is nothing an apartment to call a home. Be warned!!!!
