We had been stopped at the deerbrook mall and was very well flatered by the mans compliments thay was great and all but he did not inform us on the prices ahead of time that day or we would have never agreed he said it was a deal and a low price but 145 and 50$ for the disc was not a deal. We went to the hotel and had to wait 2 hours after our appointed time and that was before hair and makeup another hour amd we got our pucs done after that we didnt get seated for pictures till 9pm!! And our picture time was at 4:40pm! I should have just said we will comeback later and looked at the reviews :( let alone the photographer and make up artist started drinking from the hotel bar by the time he was taking our puctures.

Paid $173 for daycare pictures of my daughter. Her nose was dirty (daycare's fault) but the photographer took her photos anyway. Waited until pick up day to to discover they were awful.The lady with the red hair assured me they would be able to edit them. Thereafter, I would receive them in the mail. My husband obliged and paid. That was months ago. Not one parent has received their package from these crooks. They don't answer their phone & they have no physical mailing address.... DIRTY CROOKS

They do business from a PO BOX & as Platinum Kidz Photography....different name same thiefs.

I made the appointment at the px in July. Very nice people to talk with. Then the day came to take the family pictures. What a huge mistake! They put people in front of us, They were already 2 hrs behind. Appt time 1pm, the actual time we started 5pm! The pictures came out great. I paid the full amount and paid off my pictures the same day. This is now September and still no pictures. I call, I leave emails, no one contacts me back. I'm very upset, and will never use them again, and will tell anyone to avoid this company! I just want a refund, I'll go somewhere else and get pictures done! I can't believe they would come to a military base and scam us like this! Hopefully one day I'll hear somEthing from them, if not my attorney will get involved! They don't deserve any stars!

Okay first off was charged $20 for sitting fee. I was set up an appt. to take the photos on a saturday at 3:00pm. I arrived there with several other people and thete families. Nowhere to sit me or my kids. The place was inside the mall. Mind you we had an appt at u 3... my kids and i didnt start takin pictures till 6:40. The photographer and make-up artist were very nice. I dont understand how they could work for such a company. The photographer looked very exhausted and i over heared the make-up artist say they havent even had a break. After the photos were taken. We sat to view them. Yes they were very nice. My kidskids and ii were very tired. I haveu a 5 andhrs a 2yr old... you canwe tell howu that went. But almost $550 for pictures. WOOOOW!! after i explained to him i did not want all the photos and poses. He insisted that i should get them. After sitting there telling him i was not buying all those damn pictures. He gave in. I should not have had to get loud with anyone. After all that the sheets and cd were $480.30. Still to damn much. After that i was trying to get a hold of them so i can make a payment. I was told ok they will call me back. Never did put a month later i say in my acct that they had took 3 payments of $120 from my acct. Never letting me know. I just mad my final payment and im just glad i dont have to deal with them anymore.
