I wish I could give this place zero stars!! The service here is terrible and and rude. It never fails that some how they mess up my order. I was excited when they open a Pizza Hut close by but I think from now on I'll just stick with something else!

Today my coworkers & ordered pizza around 11am around 12:30 we called to find out where our pizza was and was informed they only had one driver on duty and it was taking 2 hours for delivery. They should of told us this at the time we called which they didn't. So she the manager said instead of $26 she would do like $17 we had to fuss just to get that and not even I'm sorry for inconvience. She said 25 min more. OK we hungry we wait unhappily. After 30 more min we called again where is our pizza? Manager says I said 45 min, they just left to come your way. really???? We gave up and had to eat elsewhere right before time to get off work. I work a customer service job and geez if I was like that with my customers... Not a good thing and we still got no apology and pizza finally arrived ivght before our shift ended.

Whenever there's family over I order from Pizza Hut from the Little York Location. I see itched and ordered from this location and the pizza was the absolute worse! First off the delivery girl, although I gave her exact amount, she snatched the money and didn't bother to check the amount. You might hate your job but don't be rude. I'm paying your salary. Then the pizza, literally the ingredients slipped right off! We were basically eating just bread, we couldn't even finish it this crap. So disappointed with the service and food today.
